大批量定制设计研究现状

大批量定制是制造业发展的必然趋势 ,任何生产方式都需要一定设计方法的支持 ,实现大批量定制所需要的设计方法称为大批量定制设计。该设计方法试图从设计流程、设计方法、支持技术等方面 ,以实现大批量定制为核心 ,对已有设计方法进行系统的整理和改进扩展 ,从而形成大批量定制生产模式下的设计理论体系。本文从上述三个方面对大批量定制设计的研究现状进行了分析 ,介绍了大批量定制设计的基本概念和设计流程的变化 ,讨论了大批量定制设计的基本方法 ,给出了实现大批量定制设计所需技术及发展现状。

Review on Design for Mass Customization

Mass customization is an inevitable tendency of the development of manufacturing industry. Each mode of production must be supported by a certain design methodology. The design methodology for this is called design for mass customization. With the requirements for mass customization as the primary concern, this methodology systematically reorganizes the old methods and makes some improvements and expansions from the aspects of design workflow, design method and support technology. The design system is therefore established.. This paper analyzed the research status of design for mass customization from the above three aspects, introduced the basic concepts of the methodology and the change in the design workflow, discussed the fundamental design method and described the requirements of the methodology and the development status of the relevant technology.
