摘    要:钢渣是炼钢中产生的固体废物,含有钙、铁、铝等元素,在环境治理中广泛应用。除可通过回收其中的金属用于混凝药剂的制备外,钢渣还由于其特殊的孔隙结构,用于处理含磷废水、染料废水及重金属废水等。作者分别介绍了钢渣去除这些污染物的处理效果和相应的作用机理,同时探讨了影响钢渣去除污染物效果的因素,包括温度、pH、污染物初始浓度、钢渣投加量、钢渣粒径等。同时还对钢渣作为环境治理材料的生态风险性进行了分析。

Abstract:Steel slag is a solid byproduct derived from the steel-making process,and contains certain amount of iron,calcium,aluminum,etc.The metals contained in steel slag could be recovered and used as raw material of coagulants.Steel slag could also be used for the treatment of phosphorus-containing wastewater,dye wastewater and heavy metal wastewater,due to its special porous matrix.The pollutant removal efficiency by using steel slag and its relevant mechanisms involved are introduced.And the influential factors,such as temperature,pH,pollutant initial concentration,steel slag dosage and particle sizes are discussed.The ecological risk of steel slag used as environ-mental treatment material is analyzed thereafter.
