| Abstract: | Taking Shenzhen City for example, the importance and necessity of the emergency response plan for gas pipeline emergency repair at third party construction site are analyzed. The establishment principle, basic structure, establishment method, organization implementation, exercise and dynamic management of the emergency response plan are elaborated. |
