一种耐轴承腐蚀和磨损的复合锂基润滑脂的研制

摘    要:研究不同类型极压抗磨剂、抗氧剂和防锈剂等对复合锂基润滑脂性能的影响,并复配一种多功能复合添加剂制备出复合锂基润滑脂。所研制复合锂基润滑脂的梯姆肯值为266 N、高温下氧化诱导期为761 min、滴点大于330℃,且通过了FE 8轴承磨损和EMCOR轴承腐蚀台架的检测。研究结果表明:所研制的复合锂基脂具有优异的极压抗磨、高温抗氧及耐轴承腐蚀和磨损等性能,应用效果良好。

Abstract:The effects of different anti-oxygens, extreme pressure antiwear agents and antirust agents on complex grease were studied in detail. And a muhifunction additive was mixed to prepare a complex lithium grease. The OK value of the lithium complex grease was 266 N, the PDSC was 76. 1 minute, the drop point was greater than 330 ℃. The lithium complex grease passed the FE-8 bearing wear test and the EMCOR bearing corrosion test. The test results show that the lithium complex grease is a multifunction complex grease including extreme pressure antiwear property, oxidation stability, high temperature performance, and excellent bearing wear and corrosion resistance. The application effect is good.
