光谱分析钢中氮元素波动因素的探讨和改进

摘    要:本文利用ARL4460型火花源光电直读光谱仪,通过对样面质量、分析条件、工作曲线、仪器波动、人为因素等方面的分析以及精密度和比对试验,找出引起火花源原子发射光谱法测定钢中氮元素波动的主要因素为样品纹路不清晰,氩气纯度不够,氩气流量调节不合适,火花台脏气路堵塞,采取相应措施,取得满意效果。

Abstract:This paper by use of ARL4460 spark source photoelectric direct-reading spectrometer,through analyzing such aspects as the quality of sample surface,analysis condition,working curve,instrument fluctuation and human manipulation, and precision and comparison tests,finds out main factors causing nitrogen content fluctuations in steel by spark source atomic emission spectrometry,that is,unclear sample texture,insufficient argon purity,inappropriate argon flow regulation, the blockage in gas circuit of spark stand. In view of this,the corresponding measures are adopted with satisfactory results.
