摘    要: 介绍了3.5Ni低温钢的热处理工艺对力学性能和微观组织结构影响的试验内容,结果表明,热轧状态的35Ni低温钢进行热处理,可以进一步细化晶粒和调整组织,提高综合力学性能。850 ℃正火及850 ℃正火+600 ℃回火处理均可以得到比较理想的低温韧性。

Abstract:Abstract: The effect of heat treatment process on mechanical performance and microstructure of 3.5Ni low temperature steel was introduced in this paper. The result shows that the heat treatment of rolled 35Ni low temperature steel can improve the mechanical performance by fining grain size and adjusting microstructure. Excellent low temperature toughness can be gained by 850 ℃ normalized or 850 ℃ normalizing followed by 600 ℃ tempering.
