摘    要:设计了一款两级峰值检测电路,实现对上升沿为3 ns、脉宽为5 ns、下降沿为3 ns、重频为10 kHz的脉冲信号的峰值检测与保持,利用STM32单片机的模数转换器完成电压信号采集。给出以APD为光电探测器件的地面探测器系统的基本结构框图,利用探测器系统中的放大电路模块使接收激光脉冲宽度从1 ns展宽至5 ns,搭配峰值检测电路模块实现窄脉宽、高重频激光信号的检测与数据记录。利用信号源完成峰值检测电路部分的功能测试,使用重频为1 kHz、脉宽约为1 ns的激光器完成探测器系统整体的功能测试,实验证明此系统可以较好地检测并记录该激光信号的峰值。

Abstract:In this study, a two-stage peak detection circuit was designed to realize the peak detection and holding of a narrow pulse signal with a rising edge of 3ns, pulse width of 5ns, falling edge of 3ns, and re-frequency of 10kHz. The voltage-signal acquisition was accomplished using the analog-to-digital converter of an STM32 microcontroller. The basic structure of the ground detector with an APD as the photodetector is given in the block diagram, where the amplifier circuit module in the detector system is used to increase the width of the received laser pulse from 1ns to 5ns. The peak detection circuit module is used to detect and record the data of the narrow pulse. The signal source was used to complete a functional test of the peak detection circuit, and a laser with a heavy frequency of 1kHz and pulse width of approximately 1ns was used to test the whole detector system. The results verified that this system could better detect and record the peak of this laser signal.
