硅橡胶用白炭黑的制备

摘    要:以浓硫酸为原料合成硅橡胶用白炭黑,研究了反应温度和反应时间对白炭黑吸油值、堆积密度、和中位径的影响.研究发现:随着反应时间的延长吸油值先增大后减小,堆积密度先减小后增大,中位径先减小后增大.随着反应温度的提高,吸油值先增大后减小,堆积密度先减小后增大,中位径逐渐减小.通过对这些实验因素进行综合分析优化,确定最佳反应温度为85 ℃,反应时间为25 min,制备了适合硅橡胶补强用的白炭黑.
