摘    要:药膳是中国传统文化中的宝贵财富,经营药膳餐厅是对其精髓进行挖掘、整理、传承和弘扬。现代药膳餐厅产品的设计应当在药膳菜品的设计、餐厅环境的设计以及服务质量上多下工夫。

Abstract:Medicated diet is valued as a precious treasure among the traditional Chinese culture and its essence is supposed to be further explored, filed, inherited and extended on the side of medicated diet restaurants management. Concerning modern product design of medicated diet restaurants, more efforts should be spared in the improvement of dietetic dish design, restaurant surroundings and service quality.
