有机铬冻胶暂堵剂的研制及应用性能

摘    要:简述了暂堵剂在非均质地层中的暂堵原理,通过分析有机铬冻胶暂堵剂成冻时间、破胶时间的影响因素,优选了暂堵剂的配方并进行了应用性能研究。研究结果表明,该暂堵剂具有较强的岩性适应能力、良好的注入性能、较好的剪切恢复性能、良好的封堵性能,并且破胶液化后能使岩心渗透率恢复到85%以上。模拟非均质地层的双填砂管岩心模型的研究表明,该暂堵剂可以减少堵剂进入低渗透层的程度,从而大大减小对非目的层的伤害。

Abstract:This paper describes the blocking mechanism of temporary blocking agent in heterogeneous formation. The formulations of temporary blocking agent of organic chromium gel type are well selected by analyzing the effect factors of its gelation time and gel break time. The formulas of temporary blocking agent are optimized and the application property is studied. The study results indicate that the temporary blocking agent has a strong lithological adaptability, good injection performance, good shearing resistance and excellent blocking characteristics. In the experiment of core blocking, some 85% of initial permeability is restorable. The research of double sand-packed models indicates that this temporary blocking agent can reduce the degree of injected blocking agents entering low permeability formation, so it can remarkably reduce the damage of nontarget zone.
