| Abstract: | The mass line is the product of combining Marx＇s views of masses and epistemology with the mass work method by the Communist Party of China. It is a fundamental work method used by the Communist Party of China. The mass line and the construction of political civilization are inherent and consistent in theory and practice. Both play a key role in the construction of Chinese political civilization and have their unique functions. At the same time, only to fully promote the construction of political civilization, truly realize the masses of the people be in power can inspire the enthusiasm of people＇s participation in the political civilization construction. The mass line and the construction of Chinese political civilization have consistent and intrinsic relations in essence, value orientation, practice subject and development path. |
