摘 要: | 结合近几年微细电解加工技术的发展状况,阐述了常规微细电解加工技术、微细电火花电解复合加工技术、微细超声电解复合加工技术、微细激光电解复合加工技术等方面的最新研究进展,研究表明微细电解加工及其复合加工技术是实现难加工材料或具有复杂特殊结构微细金属零件的理想加工制造方法。

Abstract: | Research progress of micro electrochemical machining (micro-ECM ) technology and combined micro-ECM technologies (micro electrochemical discharge machining technology ,micro ultrasonic electrochemical machining technology and micro laser assisted ECM machining technology ) are summarized based on the recent development of micro-ECM technologies .Study show s that micro-ECM technology and combined micro-ECM technologies are perfect machining methods for hard -to-cut material micro parts and complicated shape micro metal parts . |
