| 摘 要： | "以就业为导向"办学要求高职院校的建设发展要与社会需求有全方位的对接,即从办学理念、人才培养方案、课程体系到能力水平评估等各个环节都要有恰当的呼应与衔接。文章研究了"就业导向"原则指导下高职院校课程体系的建设问题,提出高职院校课程建设的新3段原则:"宽、稳、活"。

| Abstract: | Running a college with the guidance of employment orientation demands a full range of combination between the vocational colleges＇development and the requirements of society ,which refers to an echo and integration with the social needs from the following aspects like college mission ,training programs ,curriculum system and？capability assessment ？, etc . Based on employment - orientation principle ,this thesis studies the curriculum system construction in vocational colleges ,and puts forward a new ？“three section principle”？for curriculum system construction in vocational colleges-broadness , steadiness and flexibility . |
