构建中原特色的新农村全民健身服务体系研究

虽然河南省新农村全民健身服务体系的建设取得了显著成效,但仍然面临着诸如农村体育人口较少,参与程度低;农村体育资源的配置严重不足,体育职能部门没有充分发挥作用;农村体育健身指导员严重缺乏等问题。为此,需要通过借助体育文化品牌,带动新农村群众体育活动;完善国民体质监测服务体系;健全法律保护机制等措施,构建具有中原特色的新农村全民健身服务体系。

Study on the Construction of National Fitness Service System of the New Countryside with Central Plains Characteristics

Although the construction of national fitness service system of the new countryside in Henan Province has achieved remarkable success,there still exist many problems, the sports population in the rural area is quite small; the participation remains on a low level; sports resource allocation in rural areas is of serious shortage; the sports departments do not play their roles fully; and the serious lack of fitness instructors, etc. The paper also puts forward that with the help of sports culture brand, rural sports activities will be promoted, the national physical monitoring service system will be perfected; the legal protection mechanisms will be developed and a better rural service system with Central Plain characteristics will be constructed. As a result, the service system will certainly offer better service to the rural population in the Central Plains and help to promote the further development of the national fitness career.
