| 摘 要： | 大学生就业难已成为当前经济社会发展中的热点问题。我国处在后工业化的初始阶段,产业结构的优化升级既使大学生就业面临新的挑战,也会带来新的历史机遇。根据我国产业结构调整的方向,构建高等学校人才培养与市场需求对接的长效机制,是从源头上解决大学生就业难问题的关键。

| Abstract: | Graduates＆#39;Employment problems have become an important issue in current economic and social development .China is in the initial stages of modern industrialization .The optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is imminent .Profound changes in the industrial structure will give college students new challenges in employment .According to the direction of China＆#39;s industrial restructuring , building a long -term mechanism between university education and market demand is the key to solving the employment problem of graduate students . |
