摘    要:焊缝自动跟踪技术在焊接工业具有非常重要的地位。焊缝自动跟踪的精度和实时性对于保证焊接质量具有不可估量的作用。焊缝自动跟踪是由传感器、调节器、执行机构三个部分组成的闭环反馈系统。本文概述了焊缝自动跟踪系统的发展历程,介绍了焊缝跟踪系统的硬件组成和控制方法,并对该技术的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract:Automatic seam-tracking technology plays a very important role in the welding industry. The control precision and the real-time concurrence of seam tracking have immeasurable effect on the welding quality. The system is a closed-loop feedback system that is formed of the sensor, the regulator and executive body. In this paper, we summarize the developmental process of the automatic seam-tracking technology, and introduce the hardware components of the system and control methods, and the development tend of the technique is expected.
