钢结构T型焊接接头超声波探伤的方法及其案例分析

摘    要:为了提高T型焊接接头超声波探伤的准确性,确保钢结构的使用安全,本文依据相关标准、工作实践,并结合探伤案例分析,提出了采用双晶探头(当翼板较厚时采用直探头)和斜探头组合的方法在翼板上进行探伤。该方法以双晶探头探伤为主,斜探头为辅,两种探头对同一个缺陷进行定位,判断准确,避免漏检和误判,而且检测速度快。
