平煤二矿储装运系统优化升级改造

摘    要: 平煤股份二矿是平顶山矿区开发的第一对矿井,生产运输系统比较单一。通过对井下皮带运输设备进行更换,新建煤仓及矸石仓,调整运输线路及运输时段,地面新建储煤仓、筛选系统等,实现了己庚煤炭分储分运分销。并经过精心组织,在不影响正常生产的情况下对储装运系统进行了优化升级改造,达到预期目的。

Abstract:According to the unitary status of the production transportation system in No.2 Mine of Pingdingshan,the underground mine belt conveyor equipment was replaced,the coal bunker and coal reject bunker were constructed,the transportation route and transportation time schedule were adjusted,a new screening and preparation system was build with other reconstructions.Thus the separated storage,separated transportation and separated sales for coal from Ji seam and Geng seam was conducted.The paper introduced how to...
