井工煤矿紧急避险系统的应用与探讨

 摘要：分析了建设煤矿井下紧急避险系统的必要性、紧迫性以及现有紧急避险方式的局限性，介绍了紧急避险系统的构成，阐述了各构成部分的作用，认为合理组织和协调紧急避险系统各部分，可以构建起覆盖全矿井的安全防护网。并提出了井下工作人员要带隔绝式自救器，在影响逃生速度诸如逆风速和坡度较大的巷道中要增加紧急避险设施设置密度缩短逃生距离，按照既定避灾路线安全升井是首选避灾路线，要建立科学的应急预案并加强工人安全自救培育。
