摘    要:为探讨不同电源波形对7075铝合金微弧氧化膜的影响,在Na2SiO3电解液体系中,分别采用恒直流、直流脉冲及交流不对称波形对7075铝合金进行微弧氧化,通过扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪分析了3种膜层的微观形貌和组成,考察了膜层的厚度、硬度、致密层比例及耐蚀性。结果表明:交流不对称氧化法获得的氧化膜性能最佳,膜层厚度达到100μm,硬度达到1 500 HV,致密层比例高达70%以上,耐蚀性最优。

Abstract:Micro-oxidation of 7075 Al alloy was conducted in electrolysis system of Na 2 SiO 3 with power supply modes of constant direct current,pulse direct current and asymmetrical alternating current.The microstructure and composition of three kinds of as-obtained micro-arc oxidation coatings were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.The thickness,hardness,ratio of compact layer,and corrosion resistance of the micro-arc oxidation coatings were measured.It was found that the oxide coating prepared with power supply mode of asymmetrical alternating current possessed a thickness of 100 μm,hardness of 1 500 HV,and compact layer ratio of above 70%,while its corrosion resistance was the best among the three kinds of micro arc oxidation coatings.
