| Abstract: | In order to deal with the problems such as the complicated planning compilation institution,the disconnected planning with administration,and the disordered planning implementation basis,the research on new planning institution and "one map" platform is carried out in Wuhan,which has effectively contributed to the integration of planning compilation and administration,as well as the legislation of planning. |
