摘    要:建立了轴流式叶轮流量传感器工作时的流体数学模型,对水阀内置流量传感器进行了结构设计,并在分析了传统涡轮流量传感器结构基础上提出了改进意见.利用CFD软件FLUENT对所设计的流量传感器进行了流场仿真,为该传感器进一步优化提供了参考.

Abstract:The flow math modle was constructed during the working of wheel-type flow sensor on the ground of the Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD).The structure of the flowmeter was designed,and based on the analysis on Traditional turbine flowmeter,the improvement suggestions were raised.The flow field of the flowmeter was simulated by means of the widely used CFD software tool FLUENT,and the fur-ther optinization of the sensor is thrown light on.
