地下商业建筑行人及火灾荷载调查与研究

摘    要:地下商业建筑的复杂性给防火和安全疏散带来了诸多困难.以北京地铁8号线奥林匹克公园站新奥购物中心为例,对该地下商业建筑中人员特征参数及火灾荷载进行实地调查.通过对五一假日、工作日和非工作日调查与实测数据的统计,获得了行人特征数据、中心餐饮及家电类火灾荷载值,并对地下商业街行人安全疏散进行了计算机仿真模拟分析.调查数据和研究成果可为类似的地下商业性能化消防设计提供参考.

Abstract:Fire protection and evacuation was quite difficult,especially for underground commerce. To survey the basic parameters of pedestrians' loads and fire loads,field survey has been carried in a reconstruction underground commerce at the No. 8 line Olympic Park subway station in Beijing. The passenger traffic volumes and the fire loads in catering and household appliance were obtained during Labor Day,workdays and weekend. Meanwhile,safety evacuation was simulated by computer in the underground shopping street. The results provide information that can be used in the performance-based fire protection design of similar underground commerce constructions.
