| 摘 要： | 分析了河南省县级外贸企业改革过程中存在的经营管理混乱、资金短缺、人才匮乏、企业负担过重等问题,提出了企业内部应改变经营意识、深化体制改革、加大人才培养力度、营造良好的外部生存环境,以及政府应给以扶持等改革措施.

Analysis of Predicament of the County Foreign Trade Enterprises and Its Countermeasures in Henan Province |

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the problems such as management confusion, short of fund and qualified personnel, too heavy burden of enterprise, existing in the reform of county foreign trade enterprises in Henan province,and puts forward a series of reform measures such as changing the management ideas, deepening system reform, strengthening qualified personnel training, creating good environment for development in enterprises inside,meanwhile,some reform measures should be offered by local government. |
