摘    要:基于PCI总线的数据采集卡,研制出了多工位PTCR元件电流–时间特性测试系统。它能同时对10个工位的PTCR元件的启动时间、峰值电流、残余电流、恢复时间、消耗功率等多个参数进行测量。系统测试方便,测量精度高,最大测试误差<1%,在实际应用中得到企业用户的好评。

Abstract:Using high-speed data acquisition card PCI-1711 which is based on the PCI bus, a new measuring system for current-time characteristic of PTC Elements with ten measuring channel was built up. A few parameters of PTC elements such as operating time, peak current, residual current, recovery time and consumed power and so on can be measured synchronously by this system. Operation was more convenient and a high precision can also be got, the maximal error was less than 1%. It worded well in practical application.
