| 摘 要： | 在车轮轮辋、轮辐用条料的横切加工自动化生产线中, 采用板材送料长度的自动定尺闭环控制系统,加上完善的控制软件,完成板材自动送料的升速、恒速、匀减速降速定尺控制,并通过超长反拉控制实现对定尺板长的误差修正和补偿,以解决车轮生产中使用卷料钢板生产车轮轮辋、轮辐用条料的自动定尺精度问题,实现中重型卡车无内胎滚型车轮用板材的连续自动化生产.
