关于规范县域农业排灌站用电的建议

国有、集体制排灌站在抗旱工作中发挥了重要的作用,但也暴露出一些问题。文章结合庐江县农业排灌站设施的基本状况,通过分析当前农业排灌站用电规范过程中存在的问题,从着眼长远和用电产权人的角度提出规范水利农业排灌站用电的建议。

Recommendations on Regulating Electricity for Agricultural Irrigation and Drainage Pumping Station of County Territory

State owned, collectively owned irrigation and drainage pumping stations have played an impor- tant role in the drought relief work, but at the same time they have exposed some problems. Combined with the basic situation of Lujiang County agricultural irrigation and drainage pumping station facilities, by means of analyzing the current problems in the process of electricity standardization of agricultural irri- gation and drainage pumping station, this paper puts forward the suggestions for electricity utilization of water conservancy agriculture irrigation and drainage pumping station from the perspectives of long-term and electrical property owner.
