CPS考核标准下河南电网AGC控制策略

摘    要:针对华中电网即将实施的省际联络线电力电量CPS考核细则,结合河南电网AGC实际情况,对河南电网现有A1/A2考核标准下的AGC控制策略进行修正,并在改进的基础上扩充功能使其满足CPS考核准则。首先提出了适应CPS考核标准的AGC控制目标,并将控制策略细分为水火电ACE分解比例策略、以日前计划机组为基础的动态平衡AGC控制策略及火电AGC编组策略三部分。自从这些控制策略实施以来,大大改善了河南电网AGC调节品质,提高了河南电网频率品质,减少了联络线责任考核电量。

Abstract:Under the control performance standard(CPS) and current level of AGC in Henan Power Grid,this paper corrects and extends the AGC control strategy based on A1/A2 standard to satisfy the CPS detailed rules that is being used in Huazhong Power Grid.The strategy includes dynamic AGC control strategy based on pre-day plan,thermal-hydro proportion in taking on ACE and alignment strategy of thermal power AGC.The three strategies improve the AGC adjusting performance and frequency quality in Henan Power Grid.
