摘    要:针对1.2mm以下薄壁简体内部微小缺陷(深度0.05mm)的分布特征,提出了超声波板波检测方法.通过板波能量分布选择,实现了薄壁筒体内部不同深度缺陷的线性定量检测.本文设计了高速、高灵敏度、低误判率的自动在线检测系统,可对多种型号产品进行自动识别、自动分选.

Abstract:This paper puts forward an ultrasonic detecting method of lamb wave according to the distribution feature of tiny(0.05 mm)internal flaws in the thin-walled(thickness below 1.2 mm)cylinder.Linear quantitative detection of different depth of flaws in the thin-walled cylindrical pipe has been carried out by choosing energy distribution of lamb wave.An automatic on-line detecting system with high speed,high sensitivity and low wrong judgment has been designed,which can automatically identify and select multi-type product.
