火力发电厂低压省煤器系统的最佳水量分配

摘    要:对已设计投运的低压省煤器系统(LPES),存在一个使整个回热加热系统达到最高经济性的LPES通水流量。以某电厂137 MW发电机组LPES为典型,全面分析了LPES系统的流量特性,导出系统参数及等效效焓降变化的计算关系式,并进而建立了确定LPES最佳流量的数学模型。经试验验证,本模型可用于指导低压省煤器的最优运行。

Abstract:For low-pressure economizer system(LPES) which has been in operation, there exists an optimal water-flow that will make the thermal unit operate under the highest efficiency.Taking LPES of 137 MW generating unit in a power plant for example,the flow characteristic of LPES system is analyzed thoroughly,and the formulas for the calculation of parameters and equivalent enthalpy drop deviation are derived.Furthermore,a mathematical model for determining the optimal flow of LPES is established.Special test on LPES shows that the model is useful for guiding the optimal operation of LPES.
