摘    要:采用自由基聚合法,以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为阳离子功能单体,与醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)和马来酸酐(MA)反应,制备了二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵-醋酸乙烯酯-马来酸酐三元共聚物。考察了单体配比、引发剂用量和反应时间对聚合物性能的影响,以及聚合物用量对颜料分散性的影响。试验结果表明:单体的摩尔配比(DMDAAC:VAc:MA)为1:2:2,引发剂为AIBN,在80℃条件下反应7h制备的聚合物对颜料具有良好的分散作用。

Abstract:A DMDAAC-VAc-MA terpolymer was synthesized by radical polymerization of DMDAAC, vinyl acetate ( VAc )and maleic anhydride ( MA )with AIBN as an initiator. The influence of the monomer ratio, initiator amount and reaction time on properties of polymers, and polymer amount on the pigment dispersion were investigated. The results showed that: when monomer mole ratio ( DMDAAC/VAc/MA )was 1 : 2 : 2, adding AIBN initiator and reaction at 80℃ for seven hours, cationic coplymer P( DMDAAC-VAc-MA ) had strong stability to pigment dispersing system.
