微机控制多功能晶闸管(SCR)焊接电源静动特性的研究

摘    要:本文介绍一种简单可靠的微机控制SCR焊接电源硬件系统和获得多种静特性及优良动特性的控制软件。提出比例—积分—微分(PID)控制算法是微机控制SCR电源系统中较为理想的算法。对所研制的电源初步进行了手弧焊、CO_2气体保护焊和埋弧焊焊接,结果表明其可靠性、灵活性和焊接工艺性均具有很大的优越性。

Abstract:A simple, relible micro-computer controlled SCR welding rectifier hardware and it's software for gaining a multifunctionat static charicteristic and good dynamic charicter are described in this paper. Potential-Integrate-degrade(PID)control caculating method is a rather satisfactory one. Results from a series fo welding process like MMA, C02 and SMAW by this new developped rectifier indicates that it delivers the SCR rectifier advantages in reliablity, fiexbility as well as in welding productivity.
