基于双冗余的混合动力车辆控制器设计

摘    要:针对混合动力电动车辆整车控制器,研究了基于32位单片机系统的双冗余设计方法,提出了一种双冗余硬件系统和基于冗余判决算法的软件系统.基于PXI硬件在环试验的结果表明:加注故障信息后,整车控制器的硬件系统和软件系统,能够满足混合动力车辆整车控制系统的实时性和可靠性需求.

Abstract:In this paper, a methodology for the design of the Hybird Vehicle Control Unit base on 32-bit micro controller has been disscussed, and one hardware and software system based on double redundance was designed. This control unit has been tested on the Hardware-in-Loop platform based on PXI. The results show that the hardware and software system of Hybird Vehicle Control Unit got good performance against error information, and can meet the qualification of real time performance and reliability for Hybird Vehicle.
