| 摘 要： | 宝钢集团南通钢厂原有１台３０ｔ交流电弧炉，改扩建工程增加１台３０ｔ电弧炉。由于电弧炉的特点，具有很大的冲击负荷引起电压波动，并伴有高次谐波的产生，直接影响电网质量及用电设备的正常运行。分析了产生的原因，采用专用线路供电、装设滤波器和扩大电网容量等方法可进行治理。

| Abstract: | One more electric arc furnace with an annual output of 30 tons will be built in the expansion of Nantong Steel Works affliated with Bac Steel Group. Heavy impulse load generated by EAF will result in voltage fluctuation and high subharmonic wave will accompany,which directly affect the quality of the electricity network and the normal operation of equipment. By analyzing the reasons for the occurrence,lt is suggested that special line for electricity supply,installation of filter,and expanding the network capacity be adopted for the purpose of prevention and cure. |
