钢液过热度控制对连铸工艺和铸坯质量的影响

摘    要:研究了25 t钢包炉和16 t中间包中GCr15、60Si2Mn、40Cr和20钢液的过热度控制。钢液过热度控制主要取决于钢包衬蓄热过程达到平衡状态时钢液温降速率-钢包和中间包钢液温降速率分别为≤1℃/min和≤0.5℃/min;钢液过热度为15~35℃时,200 mm×200 mm铸坯等轴晶率可达20%~30%,连铸拉漏率≤0.23%,铸坯质量良好。

Abstract:The controlling molten steel superheat of GCrl5, 60Si2Mn, 40Cr and 0.20C steel in 25 t ladle and 16 t tundish has been studied. The controlling of molten steel superheat was mainly depended on temperature decreasing speed of molten steel as the heat storage process of ladle line came to equilibrium state - temperature decreasing speed of molten steel in ladle ≤l ℃/min and that in tundish ≤0.5 ℃/min; as superheat of molten steel was between 15 T and 35 T , the equiaxial crystal ratio in 200 mm x 200 mm billet was up to 20%-30% , the ratio of casting breaking out ≤0.23% , and it was available to get better quality of billet.
