PBT树脂的合成及纺丝研究

摘    要:针对DMT法合成PBT树脂及纺丝的工艺进行了研究,主要目的是为了降低生产成本,提高PBT树脂及其纤维的质量.重点讨论了反应条件、原料配比、添加剂以及纺丝条件等因素对工艺过程及产品质量的影响.结果表明,在本工艺条件下,采用钛酸四丁酯作催化剂,并在缩聚时配合使用稳定剂,不仅能有效地提高反应速度、降低1,4—丁二醇的损耗,而且还能够明显地改善树脂的色相及纤维的力学性能,可使1,4—丁二醇的损耗降到7%~9%,所得树脂的特性粘度为0.93~0.99L/g,所纺纤维强力为2.96~3.26CN/dt.

Abstract:In accordance with the methed of Dimethyl terephthalate(DMT), the technology of the synthesis of poly(butylene terephthalate) (PBT)resin and spinning were studied. The major purpose was to reduce production costs and improve the quality of PBT resin and its fiber. The effects on technology process and the quality of products caused by the factors of the conditions of reaction and the ingredient of raw materials amd so on were especially discussed. The results show that on this ocasion using tetrabutyl titanate as catalyst and combining with stabilizer during condensation not only increase the rate of reaction and decrease the loss of 1, 4 - Butanediol effectively but also improve the hue of resin and the mechanical properties of fiber remarkably. It can reduce the loss of 1, 4 - Butanediol to 7 % -9 %. the inherent viscosity of resin up to 0. 93 - 0. 99dL/g and the tensile strength of its fiber wup to 2. 96CN/dT.
