| 摘 要： | 超临界CO2 萃取是一种新兴的分离技术。文中介绍了国内外用于超临界CO2 萃取釜的快开式密封结构。在消化与创新的基础上研究了超临界CO2 萃取釜的快开式高压密封结构 ,提出了可供实际应用的模式。对临界CO2 萃取设备的数学模拟放大与优化设计进行了论述 ,为超临界CO2 萃取技术的工业化应用奠定了基础

| Abstract: | The supper criticle CO 2 extraction is a rising separation technology.A quick-opening type seal structure for the use of super criticle CO 2 extraction kettle at home and abroad was introduced in this article.On the basis of degestion and bring forth new idea,the quick-opening type high pressure seal structure of super criticle CO 2 extraction keffle was reseached.The model for the use of actual application was proposed.The mathmatics simulative enlargment and optimum design for criticle CO 2 extraction equipment were discussed.The foundation for industrial application of super criticle CO 2 extraction technology was establisned. |
