| 摘 要： | 频率是交流系统电能质量之一,互联电网要求网内各区域都必须对频率的控制作出贡献。CPS性能指标是评价互联电网各区域对频率控制的贡献或责任的一种标准。介绍了AGC模式并以此为基础阐明了CPS的概念;针对CPS提出了广东电网频率控制策略的改进和完善措施。

| Abstract: | Frequency is one of power energy quality index for AC system. Each region in an inter-connected power grid isrequired to do contribution for the control of frequency. Control Performance Standard(CPS)is a standard to evaluate thiscontribution or duty. The mode of automatic generation control(AGC)is introduced, the concept of CPS is explained, and proposeshow to improve and perfect frequency control strategies of Guangdong Power Grid also are presented. |
