磷化氢对谷蠹、玉米象成虫体内过氧化氢酶的抑制作用

摘    要:研究结果表明 ,磷化氢对谷蠹、玉米象成虫体内过氧化氢酶活力有明显的抑制作用 ,试虫体内过氧化氢酶活力与一定范围内的磷化氢浓度或暴露时间或对数暴露时间之间具有线性回归关系 .试虫死亡率与过氧化氢酶活力抑制率之间有稳定的相关性 .磷化氢在高浓度下 ,时间是使过氧化氢酶活力降低的关键因素 (P≈ 0 ) .

Abstract:The research results showed that catalase was inhibited by phosphine significantly in adults of Rhyzopertha dominica (Fabricius) and Sitophilus zeamais (Motschulsky).Relationships were evident regression linear between catalase activities and phosphine concentrations or exposure time or logarithmic exposure time under proper conditions,so was that between mortalities and inhibition rates on catalase by phosphine.Exposure time is the key factor that lowered activities of catalase in tested insects at higher concentrations of phosphine( p=0 ).
