攀钢焦化废水处理系统优化运行改造

摘    要:分析了攀钢焦化废水处理系统中存在的问题,提出了在调节池中增加搅拌器、厌氧池和好氧三池改为生物膜反应器、折流区优化和硝化液回流方式优化等改造措施,以达到全面恢复系统的硝化功能、提高系统抗冲击能力、保持各反应器内生物数量、改善生化出水水质的目的。

Abstract:Analysised the problems of Panzhihua Iron and Steel coking Wastewater-disposal system.Proposed a series of reform measures,increasing mixer to Conditioning tank,change Anaerobic tank and aerobic tank to biofilm reactor,to optimize the baffle zone,reflux Nitrification liquid and so on,so that to achieve full restoration of the Nitrification function system,to improve the ability of system's impact-resistant,to maintain the biomass of the reactor,to improve the water quality of the biochemical giving water.
