| Abstract: | The qualified rate of B type inciusions in the rail steel produced by Panzhihua Steel Works has come up to 96.8% by means of non-aluminum deoxidizing,LF&RH refining and use of special designed ladle and the newly developed steel can basically meet the requirements of the special line of the passenger transportation car at 200km/h speed for the rail steel quality. |
