统一消息和统一消息邮件的研究与实现

统一消息技术将固定电话、移动电话、短消息、E-mail等通信方式融为了一体。该文分析了统一消息系统的原理：利用CTI(Computer Telcphone Integrate)等技术建立起以电子邮箱为核心的星型连接，在原先没有通路的终端之间建立统一消息路径，实现通信方式的统一。提出了一种基于MIME协议扩展的适用于统一消息的电子邮件格式UM Mail(Unified Message Mail)。

Research and Implementation of Unified Message and Unified Message Mail

Unified message is a new technology which joints different communications together including telephone, mobile phone, short message and E-mail. This paper analyzes current unified message systems and gives the principle of unified message systems, that is, it makes paths between unconnected terminates by establishing an E-mail center astroid link structure using CTI technology to enrich communication methods. E-mail is important in unified message systems. An E-mail format called UM Mail is presented which is designed by extending the MIME protocol.
