中小学校节假日期间的供暖状况的研究与分析

采暖热计量收费已经研究了十几年,仍然不能全面展开,可见阻力之大。如何协调供暖部门与采暖用户之间的矛盾?本论文主要调研了北京市中小学校节假日期间的供暖状况,并提出供热部门如果合理调配需要白天供暖的办公用户与需要夜间供暖的住宅用户的供热需求,就可以达到在保障平稳供暖和采暖舒适度的同时节约能源的目的。

The Study And Analysis Of Heating Situation In Primary School And Middle School During Holidays

Heat meter has not been used widely while its relative studies was launched more than a decade ago,which means that a lot of difficulties are on its widely-used way.How to coordinate the tough relations between heating supply company and user？This paper mainly presents investigation of heating situation of primary school and middle school in Beijing during holidays.In order to save energy meanwhile heat comfort and steady supplement of heat are meet,a model is established that how to reasonably distribute the needs of official users who need heat in the day and residential users who need heat in the night.
