| 摘 要： | 对汉语－盲文（简称汉盲）翻译的原理进行了研究，提出了一个盲文形式模型和汉语－盲文机器翻译的方法：采用基于词频和词分级加权评估的逆向全切分算法进行分词，采用规则和统计相结合的方法进行词性标注和连写块识别，并在此基础上设计开发了一个实用的汉语－盲文机器翻译系统。

| Abstract: | After researching the translation principles, this paper puts forward a formal model of Braille and a method for translating Chinese to Bralle. In the method the conversed full-segmenting algorithm valued by word frequency and class is used to segment Chinese sentence, linguistic rules and statistical approaches are used to tag word category and converge some words. Then a practical Chinese-Braille machine translation system has been developed based on it. |
