基于时栅传感器的编码器信号分析

摘    要:为了提高时栅对传统位移传感器的兼容性,研究了2种传感器的信号与接口特点,设计了兼容典型光电编码器的位置反馈接口,利用SSI同步串行技术实现与国外多种单圈或多圈绝对值编码器兼容。

Abstract:In order to improve the compatibility of time grating towards traditional displacement sensor,this paper has studied the characteristics of two kinds of sensor's signals and connectors,and designed the position feedback connector of a typical compatible photoelectric encoder,which is compatible with foreign absolute encoders of various individual or multi-turns using SSI synchronous serial technology.
