| Abstract: | The chlorogenic acid and rutin extraction research was reviewed.The solvent extraction,physical extraction and the ionic liquid extraction of the chlorogenic acid and rutin were mainly introduced,and the development trends and the promising potential of the extraction process were prospected. |
