阴离子型双子表面活性剂的合成及性能评价

摘    要:在甲醛和对羟基苯磺酸的摩尔比为1:2,温度80℃的条件下,合成了带有亚甲基的双子结构中间体;在相转移催化剂聚乙二醇和以无水乙醇作为溶剂,温度55℃,pH控制在8左右的条件下,用中间体与溴代十二烷反应,生成阴离子型双子表面活性剂。产物的cmc为0.9 mmol/L,在此cmc条件下的表面张力为27.4 mN/m。合成的产物与十六烷基三甲基溴化铵复配后,降低表面张力的能力更强,能够降低10 mN/m。

Abstract:Under the condition of 80 ℃,the molar ratio of formaldehyde and PSA was 1 ∶ 2,when the temperature was 55 ℃,pH was 8,the anion gemini surfactant was synthesized.The cmc of target molecule was 0.9 mmol/L,and the surface tension was 27.4 mN/m.The compositional formulation action of CTAB and target molecule was excellent.The surface tension would decrease to 10 mN/m.
