摘    要:采用浸渍法制备磷钨酸催化剂,催化合成庚酸乙酯。探讨了催化剂负载量、催化剂用量、反应时间、催化剂的使用次数等因素对反应结果的影响。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:催化剂负载磷钨酸最佳酸化浓度为30%,m(催化剂):m(正庚酸)=3.5:100,反应时间为3 h,反应温度80~88℃。

Abstract:Heteropoly acid supported on bentonite was prepared by saturation impregnation and used as catalyst for synthesis of ethyl heptanoate.The effects of the sticking of heteropoly acid by catalyst,the quantity of catalyst,reaction time and the repeated use of catalyst on reaction were discussed.The optimal reaction conditions were as follows:the optimal concentration of acid-treated bentonite 30%,the amount of the catalyst 3.5% of heptylate used,reaction time 3 h,reaction temperature 80~88 ℃.
