摘    要:以连翘为原料,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了连翘提取液中铅、铬、镉、铜、锌含量。实验结果表明,连翘中铅、铬、镉、铜、锌含量依次为0.78,0.55,0.09,13.31,38.86μg/g,平均加标回收率为99.72%,97.02%,98.50%,99.81%,99.51%。精密度和重复性分析的RSD分别为3.47%,2.83%,4.21%,1.03%,0.52%和1.26%,1.77%,4.07%,0.19%,0.10%。

Abstract:With forsythia as raw materials,content of lead,chromium,cadmium,copper and zinc in forsythia extracts was analysed by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The results showed that contents of plumbum,chromium,cadmium,copper and zinc in forsythia were 0.78,0.55,0.09,13.31,38.86 μg/g,and average recovery rate of adding standard sample were 99.72%,97.02%,98.50%,99.81%,99.51%.RSD of precision and repeatability analysis were 3.47%,2.83%,4.21%,1.03%,0.52% and 1.26%,1.77%,4.07%,0.19%,0.10%,respectively.
