摘    要:以船体中厚板材冷压成形为研究对象,基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA数值模拟对成形过程和回弹过程进行分析;以成形件变形量和板厚为变量,研究其对板材回弹的影响规律,并进行了船板冷压回弹试验测量。结果表明,对于船体中厚板材,变形量和板厚对成形件的回弹有着显著的影响,模拟预估值能够达到精度要求。

Abstract:Multi-point forming mechanism with square press heads is a new forming process for 3D ship hull plate.The impact of curvature and thickness to springback of ship hull plate was discussed by ANSYS/LS-DYNA software.The influence of curvature was also proved by the experiment.Results indicate that springback ratio is influenced by curvature and plate thickness significantly,and the value of springback forecast by simulation achieves a considerable accuracy.
